My cousin Beth called me to tell me that her mother is finally thinking about selling her home and moving into one of the Retirement Homes in Ontario that she has been considering off and on.  She has a lot of family members there, and since Beth moved there recently herself, it seems like a logical choice now that she has been living alone for so long.  Beth has been trying to convince her mother for years to enjoy her years of  Retirement Living by getting rid of the hassle of the maintenance of her older home and get into the comfort and companionship of people of her own generation that can only be found in Retirement Communities.

Beth found a great resource on the Internet that she has been using to look for Retirement Residences for her mother to move into.  It is called senioropolis.com, and it is designed to be a guide to senior citizens throughout Canada to help them find housing,  and jobs, and has a lot of links to places that are important such as Healthcare, and links to places of interest such as workshops and lectures.  Sounds like a great resource to me!
