I’m not ready to get old!

As I am riding around on the school bus this summer with my driver and her kids, it has occurred to me that I am old enough to be the grandmother of her oldest daughter, who is eleven. Since I don’t have any grandchildren of my own yet, I don’t really FEEL old! And yet, the gray hairs and wrinkles that stare back at me when I look in the mirror are reminding me how quickly time flies. I have started to think about buying a new anti-wrinkle face product to help to minimize those deep wrinkles around my mouth and eyes.

And I wish that there were better suntan lotions on the market when I was a child. Nowadays there are great sunblock products on the market, but there weren’t any when I was a kid. I just played outside all day long, soaking up the sun. Now I buy and wear sunblock products whenever I am going out, but I haven’t been able to find any that are unscented. I’d like to find an unscented one that doesn’t clash with the cologne that I like to wear! My kids have bought me a lot of my favorite scent, and I can’t wear it very often because it just doesn’t smell right when combined with the sunblock!
