This morning I’m just killing time, waiting for when I have to leave for work. I don’t have to leave the house for a couple of hours yet. Trying to figure out what I want to do with the two hour layover this morning. The driver is bringing her kids along – all four of them, so she plans to go to McDonald’s to let them blow off steam in their playground area. Since I don’t have access to my car during the layover, I have to go along with where she decides to go! Two hours is a long time when you are just killing time at McDonald’s! I expect I’ll buy a chicken sandwich, but eating doesn’t take an entire two hours! The kids will be making too much noise for me to read! Maybe I’ll bring some yarn and a crochet hook and work on a granny square or two. I’m trying to crochet an afghan for my youngest son’s bed. I think that will work; that’s a fairly portable project!
