As a bus driver, I don’t get as much exercise as I probably should get.  It’s hard to exercise when your job is to be behind the wheel of a bus!  And it’s hard to deal with hunger pains when you are behind the wheel!  That’s one reason why I depend a lot on easy meal replacements.  A nutritious bar or shake that tastes good is an easy way to get rid of the hunger pains while satisfying my sweet tooth!  The only thing is that a lot of them are chocolate flavored (like that is supposed to be a good thing) but chocolate gives me heartburn!
